James and one of his adjunct GSY Faculty members will guide you through two 1-hr classes of Somatic Movement Flows® to dissolve internal stress holding patterns and promote a sense of peace and wellbeing. After each class there is a 1-hr long review of each movement sequence where you can write notes and integrate what you've learned into your daily practices.

TUITION: 

This Workshop is offered as a sliding scale to provide accessibility to those affected by the pandemic and/or currency exchange rates.

$80 - $100 - $120 AUD


RECORDINGS:

All sessions are livestreamed on Zoom and will be recorded.* If you are unable to join us live for a portion of the sessions you will have access to the video recordings for 30 days after the program ends. Recordings are usually emailed within 3 days and are available to program participants only.  

*James will be the only one spotlighted for most of the time. The exception is during the Q & A sessions. You're welcome to turn off your camera if you don't wish your image to be recorded.

Deep Dive Program Schedule 

Session One  |   9am - 11am Perth | 11am - 1pm Sydney & Melbourne | 1pm - 3pm Auckland

  • Welcome:  Brief introduction to Gentle Somatic Yoga® (GSY)
  • Practice and embody 1 hour of Somatic Movements that are designed to release old stress holding patterns.
  • Deepened understanding: James will review each Somatic Movement Flow® taught in the class and offer customized tips and guidelines for home practice. Q & A (We encourage note taking)

Break  |  11:00am - 12:00pm  Perth | 1pm - 2pm Sydney & Melbourne | 3pm - 4pm Auckland

Session Two  |  12:00pm - 2:30pm Perth | 2pm - 4:30pm Melbourne | 4pm - 6:30pm Auckland

  • Brief presentation on the topics of energy, consciousness, aura's, and chakras. 
  • Practice and learn powerful movements for overall peace and well-being
  • Short Break
  • Deepened understanding: Review Somatic Movements taught in the class and offer customized tips and guidelines for home practice. Q & A (We encourage note taking)
